How PakhiGST collects, uses, stores and protects your personal and business data.
When you register for PakhiGST, we collect: full name, email address, mobile number, business name, GSTIN, PAN number, and billing address.
To provide our services, we process data you enter into the software including: customer and vendor details, invoices, purchase orders, inventory records, employee data, payroll information, financial ledgers, and GST returns data.
We automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, features used, session duration, and error logs. This helps us improve the software and troubleshoot issues.
Payment transactions are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners (Razorpay / PayU). We store only the last 4 digits of your card, billing address, and transaction reference numbers. We never store full card numbers or CVV codes.
